Ann Hamilton
"She is a visual artist internationally recognized for the sensory surrounds of her large-scale mulit-media installations. Using time as process and material, her methods of making serve as an invocation of place, of lost collective voices, of communities past and of labor present" - AnnHamiltonStudio.com
The exhibition, Ann Hamilton: Soundings, opened during the Democratic National Convention in Denver from October 1st - November 22nd, 2008 at Robischon Gallery. The exhibition consisted of multiple works of her sculpture, video and photography. Infinite Editions printed her largest photographic work, Voce, a grid of 20 35" x 46" black and white photographic prints. The total size of the tiled work was 12 feet x 19 feet. We printed the images on fine art watercolor paper, which were spray varnished and mounted to Dibond.
